I’m Josie, the Owner and Principal Occupational Therapist at North Therapy Solutions.

I have over eight years of clinical experience within Western Australia’s healthcare system, including senior Occupational Therapy roles across two major hospitals.

My clinical interests include stroke and neurological rehabilitation, with additional training in upper limb rehabilitation, cognitive therapy, perceptual retraining and sensory re-education. I also have extensive experience in functional assessment, assistive technology prescription and home modifications for adults and older adults.

I established North Therapy Solutions to offer a personal and consistent service, working directly with each client from initial assessment through to therapy and follow-up.

My approach is practical, evidence-based and person-centred. I work with people to improve everyday function and independence through rehabilitation and clear recommendations tailored to their goals, routines and home environment.
